Heads or Tails

Find someone in your house to play this game with (Mam, Dad, brother, sister) use a coin to play ‘Heads’ or ‘Tails’ 1 person flicks the coin and whoever loses performs 1 Body Weight Squat You can make the game harder by increasing the number of body weight squats you do if you lose. 2, 3, 4 or 5.

Happy – Pharrell Williams

Find a place in your house where you can lay music and perform different movements and play the song 'Happy' by Pharrell Williams. Every time they hear the word ‘Happy’ the perform a Body Weight Squat. Every time they hear the word ‘Happiness’ they perform a Down Up (Make sure you take a look at the skill videos first)

1-2-3 Brain Game

Find someone in your house to play this game with. They start by alternating saying 1, 2, 3. As they get the hang of who says what number, get them to change number 1 to a movement (clap your hands, jump up, spin round, crouch down, stand on one leg...) So it would go, movement, 2, 3. After, change number 2, so it would go, movement, movement, 3 and so on. Then change number 3 to a different movement.

Memory Circle

Play this game with your family! Find a room where you can make a circle, someone will go first and they have to choose a movement to perform. The second person will perform the first movement and then choose another to perform, the third person will perform the first and second movement then choose there own until you get back round to the first person. You can continue and keep adding movements as you move around the circle or once you are back to the beginning you can start again

Hide & Seek

Find someone in your house to play hide and see with. The seeker must try to find the hider as quickly as possible, however many seconds it takes to find the hider, that is how many reps of a movement they must do. For example if it takes 35 seconds to find them then they have to do 35 star jumps/press ups/squats/mountain climbers/heel flicks/lunges
