Workout 24
Warm up
Burpee Dodgeball
Class split into 2 teams on either side of the hall (cones through the middle to divide). 8 sponge balls between both teams, children must throw the balls to the other team, children must complete one burpee for the following:
- 1 burpee if hit with a ball (below neck)
- 1 burpee if an opposing player catches a ball you have thrown
- 1 burpee if holding a ball over 5 seconds
Children can still be hit if performing burpees, so they must be done fast!
Play for 2 minutes

Workout
At the start of each minute:
- 16 Shin to Chest
- 8 Body Weight Squats
- 4 Burpees
Rest for remainder of minute
REPEAT for 5 minutes
