Workout 9
Warm up
Pass the parcel
Children are in a circle, they must pass a ball around the circle one direction. Add in movement so they travel one direction whilst still passing the ball. Add additional instructions such as pass to opposite person or the player 2 people to the left or right
Add forfeits of one down up if you drop or miss pass the ball
Play for two minutes

At the start of each minute:
- 16 Med Ball Shin to Waist
- 8 Standing Lunges
- 4 Down Ups
Rest for remainder of minute
REPEAT for 5 minutes
