5 Week Programming

Introduction

Welcome to our Fit for Life at Home programme!  A 5-week programme to support children to keep moving and maintain or build their physical health and fitness.  The programme includes 3 workouts per week that can be found on the tabs above.  Each workout includes a warm up video, skill video and workout video.  Please refer to the Resource section for a full parents guide to supporting your child through the programme, as well as, a record sheet and some certificates to keep your child motivated!
