Crossfire
Teams of 4, standing on the lines of a square marked out with cones. Pairs diagonally opposite each other pass the ball back and forth with a chest pass. The pairs try to hit the balls off each other in mid air. If this happens they perform 10 Body Weight Squats together.
REPEAT for 2 minutes
