Gate Count

Gates of different sizes spread around the area (2 cones beside each other with small gap between) Children work in pairs, player 1 runs through as many coned gates as possible for 30 seconds, at the end of the 30 seconds their partner must perform the same number of Front Squats that their partner ran through gates. Make sure for both players to have a go.

REPEAT for 2 minutes

  • 5 Body Weight Squats

Rest for remainder of minute
